Customer Service in General

We work on this area as opportunities arise.  Most recently, a representative of CWDO delivered a keynote address to nearly 100 Authorities, Agencies, Boards and Commissions who are gathering to learn about the new Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Regulation.

Our Committees always welcome new members who share CWDO’s mission and values.  We meet as needed, using the IDEAL Conference® system.
