2. Confirm goals of meeting (emerge with an "Action Strategy")
3. Identify issues
4. Prioritize Issues
5. Brainstorming to identify actions
6. Assign leaders for actions selected
7. Set date for next meeting
8. Conclude by 3 pm
   

How to Participate

To join in, go to http://www.ideal-group.org/cwdo/. 

Follow the steps to download the latest version of the free conference utility. 

• Option 1 is for a PC. 
• Option 2 is for a MAC. 

After you finish downloading, scroll down until Room 10 appears. 
Sign in with your name and city e.g. Sousan Zaribaf in Scarborough.
Leave the password area blank.
Click login and you are in!
